The Black Mug Co. takes pride in our quality products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We offer detailed product descriptions and detailed product images, as well as the ability to see a final product proof with your customization (for custom orders) before your order is printed!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, The Black Mug Co. is not able to accept returns if your product is free from product defect, or manufacturing error. However, we understand everyone makes mistakes (that includes us) so please contact our Customer Care department and we will be happy to help you with a discount on your replacement purchase.
In an effort to offer the best service to our customers, orders are sent directly to production immediately after they are processed online. Unfortunately, this means that we are not able to accept changes or cancelations to orders once they are placed.
PLEASE be sure to verify the spelling of phrases and names on custom orders before checking out.
